Hosts are responsible for providing accurate property descriptions, maintaining property standards, honoring confirmed reservations, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect property rules, treat the property with care, check in and out at agreed times, and inform hosts of any damages promptly.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. GoSolo.world acts as an intermediary and does not store sensitive payment information.

7. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoSolo.world acts as a platform connecting guests and hosts. We are not liable for issues arising from the stay itself, including property conditions, host behavior, or force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through our customer support first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
